When is your next release?
I add new creations to my website each Thursday at 4pm nzt. There will be a countdown on my website with updates & pixie peeks are added to my Instagram & Facebook though out the week. 

Do you make to order?
I create freely with the Pixies & weaving with Dragons. I create in sizes 6 -20 & release batches as I can. Follow me on instagram to see Pixie Peeks { @hazelmage_clothing } Some times I have PYCSI listings which mean you can pick your own colours & size, I create freely to make something magic for you! These listings are snapped up quickly so keep watch x

I've ordered a readymade item, when will it ship?
Ready to ship creations are sent most weekdays, depending on how many orders I get. It may take a few days after a busy release. 

How long will my order take once shipped?
Within New Zealand we use Aramex and delivery time is 1 - 3 working days.
Internationally we use DHL and delivery time is 1 - 2 weeks. All packages are tracked.

What is your returns policy?
You're welcome to exchange your product for credit as long as you haven't worn it & make contact within 3 days of receiving it. You will be sent a credit note once the item has been received back. I do not offer refunds on change of mind returns & postage is at your cost. You can reply to your order email to begin this process.

Once your product makes it to your country, DHL will contact you about paying any tariffs that your country charges. If you choose not to accept and the package flies back to us, we will not be able to refund it. We can always resend it at your cost. 

Where are you based? Do you have a shop?
My studio is based in Ōtorohanga, New Zealand. I sell online & my studio is by appointment only.
